Today students got back their GAMER assessment for the 3 GAMER evaluations we have done so far. Students were to read the feedback given on all the items and then take the opportunity to work on anything they wished to improve or anything they missed. They also did a self-assessment (which they keep) about their progress and a reflection on anything they might improve or any roadblocks to their learning.

Our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive starts today and continues to Friday of this week. The class that gets the most points will win recess for their class.

Please bring your food items to your homeroom so that your teacher can record the daily points. Once points are recorded, food items can be brought to the foyer.
Let’s see if we can “fill the foyer” this year.
Points are as follows:
3 Point items: Tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, jam and canned sandwich meats/tuna
2 Point items: Milk, pasta sauce, soups, canned ravioli / spaghetti type items, canned fruit
All other items are 1 point items.
